All our arrangements, trees and plants are artificial, requiring no watering or special care.

Even though artificial flowers and plants are often called "silk flowers", they are not actually made of silk.  Our products are made of a wide range of materials such as plastics, synthetic fabrics, metal or wood.

While we don't generally recommend our arrangements for outdoor use, we have many happy customers who do! If your arrangement is UV-resistant, it's safe to leave outside and can handle light rain without issue — though we still recommend bringing it in during storms or extreme weather.

For non-UV-resistant arrangements, we suggest placing them in a protected area (such as a covered porch) and out of direct sunlight. Turn the arrangement a quarter to a half turn every month, and bring it inside if severe weather is predicted, like heavy wind or rain. With a little care, you can enjoy your arrangement for several seasons!

We take great care in our packaging.  Each order is secured in high-density packing foam prior inside its box to ensure protection during the delivery process.  Removal instructions are included with each order to assist you in removing the plant from the packaging.  When your order arrives, the plant or floral arrangement is ready to display right out of the box.  Some minor shaping may be necessary.

Caring for your purchase is much simpler than caring for a live plant!  Simply feather dust the arrangement, tree or plants periodically, and rotate a few times a year if located in direct sunlight.
