At House of Silk Flowers, we take great pride in the quality of our products and are confident you’ll love your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help!

Returns:

Please get in touch with our Customer Service team at shipping@houseofsilkflowers.com within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization. Returned items must be in their original, unused, and re-saleable condition. Once received and inspected, we will issue a prompt refund for the full purchase price. Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Damaged Items:

If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 3 business days of delivery. Email shipping@houseofsilkflowers.com with photos and a description of the damage. We will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf. To support the claims process, please retain all original packaging materials until the case is resolved. If these materials are discarded we will be unable to file a claim.  We will walk you through the process, but to expedite things, follow our instructions below.  

Please provide the following:

• A photo showing the damaged item and how it was packaged inside the box.

• A close-up photo of the shipping label with the tracking number (generally starts with 1Z).

• One photo of the outside of the package (showing any damage).
